It's too bad they weren't doing Civil War on this part of the tour Axl's voice was almost perfect for it as opposed to now where he's really spotty (just listen to the audio from Rio LA and Vegas) and the quality of his vocal performance ranges from OK (LA) to really good (Vegas) and really weak (Rio)

@MsEuaa I wouldn't be surprised to see Steven on stage with GN'R, but his rivalry with Slash seems like it's more of a personal thing. Slash wasn't that nice to Axl in the media after he left GN'R, and Axl called him a "cancer." The only chance I can see Axl ever play with Slash again is at the RRHOF induction ceremony, that is if Axl show's up.

Steven could relapse any minute, and Izzy left the first time because of how big GN'R got, and he has his own tour bus and he could be in Los Angeles one day, then be in New York the next day.

I don't think it has anything to do with a lack of skill. Slash's solo are not difficult to play. I think the new guys are just trying to add their own touch to the songs. I wish they'd just play them the way Slash wrote them. They sound best that way.
