Oh thanks so so much! the old English movies with this 'gong' were my favourites! how to find them?

@LeRoi715 BTW, I understand that the gong is the same one used in 'King Kong', when the natives offer up Fay Wray.

I fell in love with the book in 10th grade (in '79) and borrowed the movie from the video store. One of the greatest novel and movie ever. Thanks for posting.

@TheTop5or10or20 you should still read the book, even tho pretty much evrything is the same, the book is a very addactive read, im doing it at school
