System 47 is the best Star Trek screensaver out there right now, if you're looking for the LCARS feel.

Well, you can pretty much make a LCARS operating system... Just hope you're really good with Linux. Everything else is just skinning and changing sound effects.

@BlueKewne yes i know all these windows shell replacements, but they are crap and do not integrate into windows UI very good. the most authentic piece of software that shows LCARS is this screen saver
