i wish scotland would drop its tourism for a better industy =[ i hated edinburgh for only one reason, tourist shops and fake kilts everywhere. me girlfriend is scottish and took me there from her home in kilmarnock for the day (we went all over scotland) it was beautiful except for that.

theres quite a bit of us who know the real scotland. and we just say downtown cus its faster than saying "the centre of the city" =D

ha ha, I know the "real scotland" too, as I've lived in it for the majority of my life and still continue too, if you can count the Shetland Islands as part, an I dont think I've ever heard anyone say that, people tend to just say the centre. lol
