you have to get a few cools as well, even though it's not part of the bonus. And you have to be quick. And you can't make any mistakes, and you can only use one camera flash. xD

it's becuase you operate with weaver, and they are slightly special (like this one, that has no light)there is one surgery per chapter

Half an hour to forty five minutes? I did a couple of runsjust learning where all of the sutures were, the hard part was not knowing which cuts you sutured sinc e the game seems to choose random sutures when they overlap.

I MIGHT be able to do this like that.. u__u; I keep getting an S on this mission using the light it's frustrating...also, what's the secret to Cooling the surtures of the big cuts that you have to drain and close?? I keep getting goods on those cuts. T__T
