  • Tu a tres beau :X E

  • Salu mon ami,

    It's very funny your accent,

you seem so charming and cute!

Thanks for the video, I like the way you explain.

  • that salad looks good:)

  • Where are you from?

  • swiss

  • Of course, each to his own. But if you are worried about wasting 70% of anything you consume, then recycling your own body waste would be something to do as a lot of the goodness we consume comes straight out of us. Hmmm, knowing that, I know I am not that bothered about waste! lol

  • Well, you could make a soup out of it! ;0)

Don't feel like you are wasting it. Everything goes back to nourish the earth, even we do, our bodies when we die. Eveything is a cycle, so there is no waste, even our spirit moves on, as I am sure you already know,s o it all good init!

Using this stuff to nourish the earth as compost is a fantastic idea, it makes our soil healthy then we grow better vegetables and fruit, which then we eat and nourishes our bodies. The circle of life! :0))))

  • THANK YOU Spooky! I wonder why the google translator did not come up with THAT! ;)

  • Don't worry about not saying Fenouil in english, you can say it whichever way you want. I LOVE your accent!

  • thanks ;)

  • take off your shirt

  • coming soon ;)

  • Thanks for sharing the recipies! I will go tell my cook to get to it! lol juicing is the best things I have ever done. its a bit of a ballache cleaning the juicer afterwards, but it is worth the effort for the health benefits. Peeps, make sure you drink thej uice as soon as you can, try not leave it in the fridge, it looses nutriments the longer you leave it. if you ahve to leave it, put it in an air tight container.

You should write a book on your food journey Franscico!

  • PS: thanks for the book hint - Might be coming soon ;)

  • Pues amigo, if you are hardcore, you can eat it! lol but the only sensible thing to do is to put it in your compost bucket for fertilizer for your soil if you are a gardener, or give it to pigs if you have any. ;0)
