  • What breed of hybrid are they?

  • The reason for the howling on that account is because they have high-frequency hearing and if that wasn't enough, sirens like these are high-frequency sounds.

  • Look right. Now back. The dogs are now police cars!

  • you're hybrids have gorgeous voices!!!! and so pretty too!!!!

  • My German Shepherd/ Husky mix does that too. She'll either bark, howl or just lay there. So adorable. :)

  • THats reely funny! I never heard one howl before either...

  • funny your wolf howling with siren nice video

  • There was a K-9 police dog in a neighboring town that would start howling in the back seat of the police car everytime his officer turned on the siren. You could hear him over the radio all the time. It was so funny.

  • @mimistardust1 WELL I AM SURE THEY MIGHT BE SPECIAL TOO YOU BUT WEENIE DOGS HOWLING IS NOT THE SAME THING

  • man how old r ur dogs now?

  • sounds like in the movies

  • my huskey does the same thing

  • Check out "Living with Wolves" by Jim and Jaimie Dutcher( search youtube)--best documentary on the REAL lives of wolves.

    It will change you forever.

  • If anyone wants to learn what REALLY happens with wolves and introducing new members (pups) to a wild pack then you can check out Jim and Jaimie Dutcher (search on youtube). They introduced pups to a wild pack and filmed them for a movie. They lived with the wolves for 3 years.

It will dispel alot of rumors and is one of the most beautiful movies I ever saw.

They also have their own website.

    It will change you forever.

  • Sounds beautiful. I have wolves howling on my ipod.

  • he thought it was his boys

  • its not that they cant bark but wolves dont bark they howl, growl and snarl since the are hybrids they would rarelyy bark (thats what i heard anyway)

  • its not tht they dont know how to bark, its just wolves ussually dont bark. barking i believe is just used as threats too(from what ive read)

  • from what I know and hear from the vet I guess regular dogs do that cause it hurts thier ears cause of the high pitch sound but with wolves I am not sure they are wild dogs but it may hurt their ears also or i I think its the other way around cause they intepret the sound of the sirens but just from a vet telling me it hurts dogs ears but with wolves I would think its a different story cause of the interpreting of the sound of another wolf howling. I want a pet wolf so bad I love them :-)

  • @courtney99 I hate to tell you but the vet is wrong. They do not howl because it hurts their ears. If any canine, dog or wolf is hearing something that hurts its ears then it does the same thing that you and I do. It instinctively tries to desperately cover its ears with its paws. If something irritates its nose then it paws at its nose.

No dog I ever saw, howled at loud firecrackers and could you imagine if dog started howling while you are waterfowl hunting with a 12 gauge?

    They NEVER do.

  • @courtney99 I want a wolf, too! and i'll take great care of it, even if it means it eats more than what i can buy for myself :) Thats how much I LOVE wolfs!!

    I <3 wolfs( and dogs, cats ;) )

  • amazing wolvs are some the most vocal animals and love them so much,

by the way an ideas on teaching a border collie to howl, my dog did once, at like 2 in the morning. :D thanks for posting

  • @BeachMist13 I have a collie too and every time a siren goes by she howls. Poor thing, I just want to give her some ear plugs.

  • can u have a wolf with two othewr dogs?

  • not a pure bred wolf because it will probably kill everyone in your house once it thinks its alpha status is being threatened but hybrids aren't as dangerous and can be loving animals. animals are usually only evil because of previous encounters with humans or because their owners treated them like shit.

  • um normally most dogs/ wild dogs are like that when you introduce new dogs...like i have a 6 year old beagle. although i am alpha to her, if i got 2 new dogs she would try to attack them cuz to her, their tresspassing... to her their entering a pack where they dont belong so shes gonna put them in their place.. thats how it is with most territorial animals. you have to get them together when their still puppies not like 2 years i mean little pups

  • @MrGhengar Wolves do NOT "kill everything in your house" because of alpha status. They discipline. They NEVER kill another of the same pack.

  • @Halogurl42 It is possible, but not recommended and wolves need a strict pack leader. You can never leave them alone with other animals because of the high prey drive.

  • LMAO - my wolves go CRAZY when the train comes by at night! They get all the other dogs in the neighborhood to start howling...haha... I've got to try and catch this orchestra of howls on film/audio!

  • aww wow thats cute!! theyre so beautiful!! id feel so special if i had two dogs like that!

  • @kiki595 There Wolfs!

  • @TheButcher123100 They're actually wolf hybrids, meaning they are half wolf and half dog, probably Husky or something of the sort. They can't be pure wolf, it's illegal to keep wild animals as pets

  • @kiki595 Oh. Thanks for the info:)

  • lol awsome

  • do you plan on breeding?

  • Comment removed

  • Aw, they're so cute. I wish I had a wolfdog! Yours appear to be very well trained with great temperaments. :D
