@WillowOsbourne It's not an opinion. The TV producers wouldn't let Kirk and Uhura lock lips for the scene. They made it "look" like it was a kiss but it wasn't really a kiss. It's in Shatner's book "Star Trek: Memories". He talks about how him and Nichele were excited about doing the scene but then there was a mess of "They can't do that!" Coming from NBC. So after that was revealed: quite a few people don't count it as the first real interracial kiss on TV.

I think the host sent a pre-made script of questionaires he was going to ask (to Karl) on the show, so Urban was able to answer it with good precision and articulation. But purposefully did not send a copy to Cho. I think it's a silent form of racism. I mean, look at all the other interviews with Karl, he speaks with really elementary words. This interview was pretty much staged. This is how asian actors in hollywood is treated.

Yeah I've noticed that too. The interviewer seem to pick on John since the get-go and John handle it really well with charm, charisma and calmness. He seems to address John with more sarcasm type question and the rest of the time he completely left John out. What is up with the fan email at the end? Did he have to do that when John is there? If he is going to do that, he should have included one with John as well. Don't leave him out. This interviewer is such a total douche. What a joke he is.
