I remember sitting crossed legged as a starry eyed boy marveling at Crusoe,s adventures (especially when he had pirates on the island)

it' s funny the soundtrack for the italian version was different and imo better related to the story.iwas just a child by that time but this tv serie is still on my mind...

Yes and he was rather gorgeous too! Years later, I travelled to the real Robinson Crusoe Island, or Isla Juan Fernandez and visited the cave where he or rather Daniel Defoe was supposed to have lived.
