The Queens District Attorney has now officially confirmed that the cause of Sunny's death has been designated "undetermined", and that an investigation is underway.

This designation contradicts the NYPD's statement that Sunny died naturally of an "aneurism".

The coroner says Sunny died of a brain hemorrhage. He also had a 4 inch wound on the back of his head.

The coroner says he can not tell whether the hemorrhage as caused by a blow to the head or whether the wound occurred when Sunny fell.

There are many questions that must be answered before this death is ruled as a natural death or a murder.

Please disregard the last message. The Medical Examiner ruled the manner of death to be "Undetermined" which means it a requires a full investigation, but no investigation has taken place.

The M.E. ruled the cause of death to be "blunt force trauma to head with skull fractures and brain injuries."
