I think Tom and Danny both have equally great voices. And Dougie and Harry can both sing too. But I heard the description that if Tom's voice was a Trumpet then Danny's was a saxophone. I think that fits them perfectly because Tom has a nice smooth melodic sound and Danny has the gruff down and dirty sound. Put them together and the rest is history.
