I downoaded "...and Water Cycles" and HOLY FUCKING SHIT MY GOD HAS COME
regardless, I'm gonna buy it legally in as many ways as possible. Read: digital and vinyl.
Do you happen to have the names of any other albums by them? Preferably with a confirmed tracklisting?

@IWILLEATYOUHEAD They have this album and 2006's "Fragments". It has been so long since a release that I think they are done, though one of the members has an electronic/drone/piano project called 'mooor'
