I don't think though it was hugely factual to the twins themselves although it did capture well the difference between Ron & Reg. Ron was a lot more sadistic and refused to allow his less-violent brother to abandon him in his passions. I dare say Reggie would never had been so 'notorious' if it weren't for Ronnie.
nah in those days, you needed some kind order in the east end, which the police could not give. The krays were seen by the paupers as less corrupt, they only hurt their own kind.
