Singing platitudes of how great our Constitution is, saying we understand these fundamental rights, but, oops you mean there are no buts, I think Olbermann said it all quite well here. Perhaps Bloomberg should return to Jerusalem on a more permanent basis, as he is not American by his actions. For not standing for the Constitution as an elected official, there really should be jail time stated in their contract with the people they serve, as it was the law of the land at one time, but no more.
