I'm still trying to figure this out. In Fallout 3, when you kill everyone in Springvale you get two keys. The basement one and the library one. I still haven't found a use of the library. Please let me know if you can help me, thanks =]

that is so much like my school people with guns and crap and trying to kill you ande if your goin to use a melee weapon u should use the vats

The CND thing? Its the condition of the weapon im currently using. Everything you use will start deteriorate. You can fix it as long as you have a identical object.
