they play this tune in b tuning all strings tuned down to b ie Eb Ab Db Gb Bb eb Also there is some palm muting and the fact that he plays on nylon strings thats most likly what ur talking about... I also play a version in standard tuning i just put up last night .. Check it out if u got a sec.. ;)

I would really like to know what kind of strings erlend is playing on, they're not just regular steelstrings right? the last 2 strings sound more nylon. im nailing this on guitar right now, but it just sounds so terrible on my budget guitar :(
