I agree. It's almost as if car companies rarely 'dare' to present their cars as inspiring.
What is it guys? Is it the internet? The information age? Do you think that no matter what car you make there will be one somewhere that makes more power or has more balls? Back then maybe they didn't think average joes knew about faster / better cars?
I don't know -- if you can't flaunt your cars - don't build them.
