Just seen her last friday in Abu Dhabi. She was absolutely spectacular. She played all the strings of my heart and soul. I am having goosebumps as I'm writing this.
Just seen her in concert in Melbourne, Australia.. best concert I've seen! amazing band, amazing songs, amazing lyrics, amazing voice and show.. Sade is indeed special.. pity she might not do concerts again

A lot of Sade's songs are hard to get a hold of trying to play them on guitar. But this one is pretty straight forward. It starts with a barred A chord, then drops to F up to G then down to F again and repeats. Then the chorus "In there every word... the barred F is played a strum, your little finger moves to D second string, then play a normal G but your ring finger is added again to D second string. Then a regular A minor. Repeat twice then return to the begining. I hope this helps someone
@daranjeri I got your email to me. I made a comment on how easy this sade song was to play on the six string (lead) guitar. You are playing bass guitar and I've never played bass. But I can hear what they're doing and in general it sure looks a lot easier than lead. With bass you have to hear the song while you'r playing or hear it in your head. There's a reason you chose bass and I'm sure you'll get very good at it. Was there a question?
@daranjeri Listen to the sade song called "Paradise". This song starts with bass guitar and it's very easy to hear the bass riff. It's pretty fast but maybe you'll take to it.

the most amazing band ever. I was a die hard metal head and I when I saw this concert and I was a changed man afterwards. She is now my favorite artist of all time. Pure genius. Every song makes my Heart sing w/ joy. Metal never did that for me.

Sade has matured with such grace and elegance! Her performance in this concert has more soul, passion and personality than I've seen in any of her other concerts and the band is spectacular!
i really wish there were more entertainers like her in the biz: natural talent, modest, 100% about the music and not about the money and fame. . .if there were, i might actually start listening to mainstream music again. . .X-P (side note: Sade's band has got to be some of the coolest/smoothest looking bunch of guys i've ever seen)

Personally, i think that "Every Word" is one of the best songs ever.
Not many songs have 'power' to make me cry and bring back memories, and this one does it every single time i listen to it.
