I know I've killed him before because I remember seeing how he dies like that... Well he obviously doesn't die, but point of the matter is I know I've killed him yet the game is making me fight him again as I haven't killed him before

@mymelodykittylover Oh I get it, well he isn't that hard in KH2 in my opinion. If you want to beat him easily all you need to do is get to level 99. Just go to the Pride Lands on top of the mountain or rock or whatever, then use Graviga the whole time. You have to have completed that world twice before you can do that btw Great way to level up

When I was like 11 (now 19) I beat him at level 74 primarily using the technique where you throw the keyblade. It was a lot less risky lol

Dodge first attack, 4 hit combo him. Soon as he teleports behind you to attack dodge roll backwards and he will jump forward to swing where you were, and then jump back to where you rolled, 4 hit combo him again. Repeat. Easy as shit. If he swings at you without jumping out he will immediately cast flame pillar after.

Btw, his voice sounds gay in this game. Oh wait.

Ok....this may sound really weird but im lvl 78 in KH2 and cant beat him... anyway how the hell do beat him in the first!!!! i dont have lionheart i dont have tht much HP....i8 dont have ap for all 3 u have....and then on top of that i have no idea how to get the cloud match and who is in the gold match? @Rockstar12z There's actually alot better Keyblades in there. Lady Luck is a really good one. Does good damage and raises your MP by 2, also raises magic and summon damage considerably. The Lionheart is obtained by beating the Cloud and Leon-(Squall) duo in the Hades tournament. You obtain Lady Luck through the White Trinity in Wonderland, you go through the painting in the Bizarre Room.

@5:39 - is when I lose. I can;t beat him. I get him to green and then he kills me with that spell with he does something and your HP goes to 1 and you lose all your MP!

The trick is to hit him while he's doing the spell to interrupt it. If he's far away when he's casting it use superglide to get to him. At least that's what I've read xd.

@LoboWarriorForever super glide is a shared ability you get after defeating the big black half man half bat looking creature in the last world. Not Hollow Bastion but the last last world. After you beat him continue on through the world till you get to the final rest place. It has a save point so you don't have to do the final battle right away and you can teleport back to your gummi ship. Hope I helped!

When the fire spell starts and You only have a little MP left, try to use any ivincible attack(Strike raid or ars arcanum) because they both do damage and make you invincible P.S. I was on level 68 when I beat Sephiroth in KH.

@imaqwer1 I probably chose the same route as me, and that's why he heals so much. I chose the Dream Sword, and gave up the Dream Shield. Don't really need defense when you're a monster.

I found that the best way to defeat him is with that one skill where when you take dmg you gain mp. you basicly cant die if you use curaga. also, stay close to him because if he uses sin harvest one you, your basicly screwed. I killed him after 3 tries

Bringing back great memories. Sephiroth was so easy to beat after getting Ultima weapon and being level 75 with a lot of power boosts, defense boosts and AP boosts used. But it was really hard and I respect you for beating him with Lionheart and about level 40. Great video. 5/5 :)

People that only watch the videos and never actually play the game don't understand how much more difficult he is in KH1. Closing the gap when he is in front of you and managing his AOE fire explosion thing is tough and takes really precise control. I don't understand why he never uses Aeroga though, way way way less stressful, every attack does about a quarter the damage and you still get enough MP from dual MP Rage to heal and shield.

That's not entirely true. THe battle system in 2 was a lot of fun but it was too strong for the enemies in the game. Hell, it was so strong that you didn't even need magic in the game at all! KH1 is superior in that the combat was balanced with the enemies you fought. KH2 just didn't have many challenging enemies. Not too mention that the worlds were small and there was no exploration in 2 at all! That makes it inferior. In graphics 2 is obviously better but that's about it.
