this is my nightmare as a character performer! and FYI this cast member was not fired as it was not their fault they wud hav been fired if they were caught taking their head off on stage on purpose!! soo thankful this has never happened to me...yet :s

That cast member was probably being so lazy! I used to work for costuming, his head should have never fell off because there is head gear that is inside the head and its STRAPPED to your head and goes around your chin so its locked in place.
