Well, so far he knows about 3 kids; Michael, Morgan, & Kristina.
However, he finds out this week that back, before he came to PC, he got his high school gf prego. His son "'Dante" is an FBI agent and is currently working undercover as part of the Mob to get Sonny arrested. He doesn't know that Sonny's his father tho. And this week, Sonny finds out he's FBI & shoots him. That's when his highschool gf tells him that Dominic is really Dante, his son.
