@tyzhen That nurse would have been on minimal wage and she is very young, in the early 70s do you honestly think she is going to go out of her way to report this man for smoking in a hospital and leaving the hospital? Think about it.
Did the director and/or the screenwriter have some problems with masculinity? Half a dozen of well-built men (even Ah-nerd among them) getting undressed and the only woman around is out of condition?
