This is not so much a technique as a decade or more of practice. There are a few "tricks" for speedpainting, but most of it is just being really good.

Just remember - custom brushes are only tools. They don't make you a better artist and wont do all the work for you.

What is the tool or basic process you're using to import those textures and then skew them? Excellent work.

open in new layer then apply a free transform (ctrl+t), you can skew by corners holding ctrl button
