We don't really know for sure, but I'm guessing since his virus is related to T and he's already infected with it, nothing would happen.

Also, he most likely got T-virus in his body too, during Rebirth, seeing how he had a massive hole in him.

Plus he is too cool to zombify.

Richard Waugh and Peter Jessop (the fellow that voiced him in the Resident Evil 1 Remake) both did an excellent job with their voices, but honestly D.C Douglas is the best man to ever take the task. He managed to make Wesker even more badass than he already was.

Wesker and his super human strength and agility is the result of his body accepting (and not rejecting) the unknown virus he used in RE1. Later in RE5 we find out it's the Uroboros virus and he remains human (with enhanced abilities of course) because his body bonded successfully to the virus unlike the Uroboros bosses in RE5 which are like monsters because the host's body rejected the virus

Actually is not Uroboros, is a different virus given to Wesker by William Birkin, this virus was designed by Spencer to select the best candidates from the Wesker Children project. Check out his bio from RE5... Uroboros is Progenitor Virus more developed by Albert Wesker, to do the selection process you previously mentioned... :P

I love the fact that even though Wesker is the main villian of Resident Evil , even he doesnt control the infected.

He has to be just as careful as the good guys or he is screwed.

It also makes him that much more sinster, because while normal people would be just trying to escape the crisis, Wesker is always trying to find a way to work it to his advantage and become more powerful.
