  • Howmuch did the ranchu cost? Where did u get it?

  • It's true your tank isn't overcrowded atm but those fish you got get tons bigger, you are right when they get bigger it WILL be overcrowded....nice tank btw, I see you have live plants in there. what kind are those, and do the goldfish eat them or ruin them? I thought it would be good to put live plants in with my 2 orandas, but I heard goldfish tear plants apart. yours don't seem to...what kind of plants are they?thanx

  • how much money a 30 galon tank costs? very nice tank !!!

  • hi is the light natural?????????

  • yes the light is "natural sunshine".. the tank has evolved a lot and the water lettuce removed.. the water lettuce grow and spread like duck weed.. but stayed small.. the light was not intense enough for it to grow big.. the anubias is still in the tank and doing good in the tank...

  • i love your fish tank. i was wondering what that big stone thing is, and how to plants hang down...

i dont see a filter or air stone things either..

i recently set up my fish tank and have 4 baby ranchu and 2 baby ryukins... i have a long air stone going and a 70 gallon filter in my 40 gallon tank. it kinda looks like they are struggling to swim because the current might be too strong..

your input would be really appreciated. thanks!

  • @matthewpadrigan1218 - sorry for the delay.. the filter is a hang on whisper 30.. the tube is hiding behind the wood (big stone thing - its cajun wood from my LFS).. the plants are water lettuce.. the fish eventually trimmed down the roots.. i took them out later.. my light wasnt strong enough.. i posted a tank update..

i personally prefer a slower current since fancy goldies are poor swimmers..

  • Nice aquascaping. The fish look happy right now.

  • thanks

  • your tanks fine not overcrowded at all dude.

  • thanks.. i was also thinking when they get bigger.. then most likely.. thanks for the comment..

  • nice vid and i really don't think that they are crowded. a alot of people that i talked to said its a good idea to have 5 inches per gold fish and i only count 25.

ANNND, i know this isn't nice to say, but my cousin proved that you can make the grow pretty large and healthy in a 15 gallon. he has 4.

    nice anyways

  • thanks.. the more input i get the better...
