No!, my MOS was 68J Aircraft Armaments/Missile System Repairer for gunships - 35th Combat Aviation Detachment...
Combat Support for 9 months during the Desert Shield & Desert Storm; air units canablized our equipment that was sent prior to keep theirs' flight/combat worthy...
My unit was 3 days from actual deployment when it was all over when the ground war started about less than 2 weeks after weeks of air strikes...
OCS school was cut - would of been class #34 - ETS out there!

This one and helicopercams were you see unarmed people or fighters being executed after they have dropped their weapons etc. violations of the law of the land, UNcharta, Geneva convention, Nurenberg principles etc. Are these people, since the videos are public court martialed and are American soldiers properly educated concerning the above mentioned laws?

There is a code of conduct that I was in military service and we also have to read it & take oath to just like taking the pledge oath to our country.
We can refuse an unlawful order(s) and also to report those that are in violation; we can place those in violation under arrest for unlawful charges.
Today's forces is somewhat questionable but I do believe there are more good than the bad out there...

And yes those guys in the Apache that wikileaks reported were being tried before that came out. There's a great saying in the military, it's better to be tried by 12 than carried by 6. The U.S. military doesn't really care about U.N. resolutions, we abide to the Geneva Convention. The Nuremberg Code, which is what I assume you were talking about is over testing on humans.
