I remember I hated this show as a kid. My mom would want me to watch reruns with her (as I am a 90s kid) and I would ask her to change the channel

Then one night, I couldn't sleep and so I watched the TV Land Marathon...I now own every episode on DVD

Who knew insomnia would change my life so much...

never liked the show much (cuz it was about war :( ...) and sometimes the song would make me shudder just at the thought of the subject matter, but i still kinda liked it... i liked to listen to it as i went to sleep and some of the others mentioned... now it really brings back childhood memories. isn't it funny how something as simple as a tv theme song can do that?

Man I freaking H A T E this show... man as soon as this damn song came on, I would bolt running away from the TV screen...what show do you know that gets kids away from tv.  I shudder when I hear the first 9 notes of this theme song. ugghh

And the MASH colors! mud green brackish brown and a peep of off white... it's worse than the Wind in the Willows cartoon from back in the day!

Yeah, i remember staying up late nights before school the next day too, hearing the MASH theme. God time flies! Seems like it was only days ago, but it was really back in the late 80's, re-runs of MASH on TV back then. I did watch Who's The Boss? an hour or two before bed time. The 80's had MANY shows...GOOD shows. What's on TV now?!? LOL , well, nadda, zip, zilch, nothing! ...sadly. :(

Man, i thought i was the only one with those memories. Todays shows? Well, let's just say i dont watch any TV anymore. None. Sad thing. i miss this stuff.

Right?!?!? Whenever I hear this song I close my eyes and it is as if I'm back at my aunt's house 30 some years ago! I can see everything in that place as clear as if I was there again - once I got so into it when I opened my eyes it almost weirded me out.
