@ArboriusOwns I never said I made minimum wage, but I think it's safe to say that everyone did at some point, and I was a teenager once upon a time as well. But not everyone goes off to college or lands some other good job. Some people are stuck working dead-end jobs forever, and I don't think it's unreasonable to try and defend those people. That's something you aren't going to see the Tea Party doing anytime soon, I might add. It wouldn't appeal to their corporate overlords.

I know people who get raises every year but because of the minimum wage increases they make less than 50 cents over minimum.

Lincoln did a great thing signing the Emancipation Proclamation- but his motives for engaging in war instead of letting the Southern states go was to preserve the Union (and the ports and the tax base). Read some Lincoln quotes regarding blacks. He was as racist as a vast majority of the nation was then. It was a terrible period in History, but race-relations are vastly better now than ever before- despite Mr. Obama's attempts to divide and conquer- with the complicity of the liberal media.

Could someone just do a reasonable estimation from large scale photos to say what the tea party protest demographics are? Take a photo of a large group of tea partiers, then look as a few different sections of the photos and count the different races in each section to get a reasonable idea of how many non whites are at the tea party. Then compare to the generally population and the population of the local area. One would hope a DC protest would have some black ppl, as of DC's 55.6% is black.
Other the other side a Tea party protest in Maine that had more then 1% of it population being black would be great as Maine's black population is 0.77%. DC is always more difficult as it draws people from outside it city, so outside of black protests, you would expect a low percentage of black people then 55.6%, but if racially blind, you should see higher then 12.4% black in DC as the local population has a black majority.

He is now depressed that he would be the victim two times, and has a hard time reconciling his philosophy. @ArboriusOwns I never said I made minimum wage, but I think it's safe to say that everyone did at some point, and I was a teenager once upon a time as well. But not everyone goes off to college or lands some other good job. Some people are stuck working dead-end jobs forever, and I don't think it's unreasonable to try and defend those people. That's something you aren't going to see the Tea Party doing anytime soon, I might add. It wouldn't appeal to their corporate overlords.

Lower the minimum wage for people under 18 & jobs & opportunity will open up for them. Even in a crap job u can work ur way up the pay scale. I know people who get raises every year but because of the minimum wage increases they make less than 50 cents over minimum.

My point was that Lincoln and a lot of Northerners were every bit the bigot that the Southerners were. It just wasn't as profitable for them. There is plenty of blame and shame to go around. I never said the South wasn't all about the slavery. States' rights was a claim, too. But it all boiled down to making a buck off the misery of others for the Rich folks. The south was more agricultura regionl and all the easier to profiteer from misery.
However, as always, the average soidier was dirt-poor and fighting for their home-states' rights, in their belief. It's a crying shame that as late as the 1800's ppl were still being treated as chattel in the USA.

Lincoln did a great thing signing the Emancipation Proclamation- but his motives for engaging in war instead of letting the Southern states go was to preserve the Union (and the ports and the tax base). Read some Lincoln quotes regarding blacks. He was as racist as a vast majority of the nation was then. It was a terrible period in History, but race-relations are vastly better now than ever before- despite Mr. Obama's attempts to divide and conquer- with the complicity of the liberal media.

Read the reasons they provided for why they decided to secede, pay attention to the history of the North/South divide, and it's pretty obvious what was going on.

Slavery was the culture of the whole world. America didn't have the first slaves and they weren't the only country to have slaves. Everyone from England to Spain did it. Also, re "the culture around the world," the US was one of the later western powers to get rid of it. Could someone just do a reasonable estimation from large scale photos to say what the tea party protest demographics are? Take a photo of a large group of tea partiers, then look as a few different sections of the photos and count the different races in each section to get a reasonable idea of how many non whites are at the tea party. Then compare to the generally population and the population of the local area. One would hope a DC protest would have some black ppl, as of DC's 55.6% is black.

Other the other side a Tea party protest in Maine that had more then 1% of it population being black would be great as Maine's black population is 0.77%. DC is always more difficult as it draws people from outside it city, so outside of black protests, you would expect a low percentage of black people then 55.6%, but if racially blind, you should see higher then 12.4% black in DC as the local population has a black majority.

And it is interesting how you describe Hitler Stalin and Mao as libs, when they are all both very left are right at the same time. As the US definition of far left is Communism + complete personal freedom and the far right is laissez-faire + a police state, how do you place a dictator of a communist police state? @davidpark68 Black people will not join the Tea Party because we like Social Security. We know that it was the Federal Gov. that stopped the southern conservatives (then mostly Democrats, now mostly republicans) from lynching us. We remember that it was the Federal Gov. who ordered the schools desegregated. We haven't forgot that 'States Rights' = the return to 'Jim Crow'.
The Tea party is nothing but REPUBLICANS masquerading as independents and we know it, so we will not be joining.

@kefluv What I have learned over the six months is that black people still support Obama by about 90%. That is how many blacks supported him on election day. I can conclude that blacks are for a Welfare State and Socialism, and to spread the weath - to take from the whites and give to the blacks and gays.

@kefluv You're dead on with your stats, whereas Whites have gone from 62% in support of Obama in June 2009 to only 38% today. White people don't believe in Socialism. Obama has proved he is a Socialist. Whites who believe in the entrepreneurial spirit of America will always reject Obama and Socialism.
Once Whites become the past, then the US will be signing its death certificate. Following the trends, it won't be much longer. Whites have lost control of their country. The USA is over.
