Thank you. 'fraid I don't have the tab. But it's basically C, Am7 & G all open for the verse - pick out the melody on the B and E strings. Then for the bridge keep the C shape at the 10th and 8th frets whilst fretting 10 and 8 respectively on the top E string. Hope that helps :)
