Combining Starwars with metal and ending up with a theme I think suitable for some James Bond movies, with all the cinematic drama and everything involved. Bigger than life can ever be.

It's too obvious that the costs would have been too high to produce the dvd.

Only the costs for the cut and postproduction, not even talking about the filming itself.

Epica isn't that famous yet to release a dvd... that's what i think..

Not too many ppl would buy their dvd.

I'd say the risk was too high...

do they want to make a dvd of their mfvf 7-appearance? on the mfvf 7-poster its written "dvd-footage" under the "epica"-name. but you can't find anything on the epica-website.

btw - epica were absolutely awesome in wieze!

Yeah, I personally think they were the best performers on MFVF. Tarja was great too, but this was better if you ask me. The fireworks really brought out the pyromaniac inside of me... :D

But it was an awesome festival in general. Great audience too. No bullshit like moshpits and all that, just enjoying the music and having respect for the other who are listening to the music.

Probably will be there next year too.

...totally agreed! the sound was great, it was not overcrowded and the bands were awesome. mfvf8 is on my schedule for next year. maybe we can enjoy revamp (floor), sirenia, within temptation, luca turilli, arkona, the (new) gathering.

actually, the have, its called We Will Take You With Us, its really cool, a session with more singers and a lot of instruments, it was released a long time ago, and if they would release another, it would sell pretty good imo
