This list is invalidated simply by the appearance of August Burns Red. Seriously, every song they write sounds the same. It's all right to listen to, but they use very similar drum tracks in every track, as well as similar guitar riffs. Most of their albums sound about the same, too. They're formulaic. Props for ASP. You should, however, check out early Norma Jean and After the Burial. After the Burial uses tricky time signatures (13/8, 17/8, 11/8), and Norma Jean just sounds awesome.

All Shall Perish actually manage to stand out amongst the over flooded deathcore genre, by using much more varied vocals, better song structure and composition, and actually being able to make their music sound GOOD.
