  • Of course this will give you total GORILLA ARMS, and so, while the idea of augmented reality is great (disclaimer: I’m working in the field), this interface is EPIC FAIL.

  • what kind of drugs we must take to see all this hud?

  • I can see why the guy is slumped out on the table at the start of the video. He probably needs a lay down every half hour or so. I guess they both have an AR version of 'bag on their head' for laters. Imagine the specsaver commercials for this kit...etc

  • @MrAndif

I have other theory why he was laying.

To my genuine surprise I've heard people at the bar talking in polish O_O

I bet he just have some hangover

  • Dennou Coil?

  • The most things i'm interested in is : what software and technique you have used to make this video ? someone could tell me !! Thanks so much !

  • it'll be so much fun being repeatedly slapped in the face by people randomly waving their arms around on crowded trains etc.

  • Watched this in 3D with my VuzixEurope eyewear plugged into my iPhone. Awesome, but a bit of information overload, but I get the point, especially in 3D. Can you do a first person version of this where the scene is what the person sees from his own eyes. That would be very interesting....

  • Useing evo 3d. This is so cool

  • Just awesome

  • This, people is the future of computing. Hopefully in a decade or two AR helmets or glasses will replace the smartphone.

  • my vision is augmented...

  • this fuck'd up my eyes.

  • Can someone tell me how to watch this through the youtube app on the Evo 4G 3D?

  • Love this. Am watching on my 3D phone!

  • Sweet.....very cool 3d

  • Scary concept.

  • The video looks awesome on evo3d

  • @BloxAdventures

You're the potato it was filmed with

  • Chichadeeto fanted,sucks.

  • Use anaglyph with red and blue glasses to view on non 3d tv

  • Black man comment here....

  • Info on viewing 3D!! If you're trying to watch this or other 3d video's on a non 3d TV OR MONITOR with less 120hz refresh rate you will need to use analglyph 3d which is the older style of 3d that use red and blue glasses and can be used on any tv. As I'm sure most of you already figured out your REAL 3d glasses you received from the movies theatre will not work unless you have a compatible Cinema 3d tv such as the ones LG just came out with, which uses same polarized lens technology.

  • Lame

  • WHY? Don't get it. Don't care for it. Don't need it. I,m not heated up about it.....it's just a waste...........

  • This type of effects were so OVERUSED, not interested anymore..

  • Cool we get YouTube vids in 3d now good to see some support coming to 3d devices now

  • Very interesting! And the first youtube video I've seen in 3d on my evo 3d so that was also awesome. Well done!

  • Oky

  • The only thing I fear with augmented reality is the flashy advertising on every surface, constantly battling for our attention, distracting from important stuff.

Already people suffer from sensory overload, music blaring from the radio, animated billbords everywhere, breaking lights in traffic - whoops, was that a pedestrian i just hit?

  • iPhone 3000

  • @mag2670 IKR

  • Cooooool

  • Omg that's amazizingzzzzz

  • Despite other comments, I found this to be very interesting! Thumbs up Keiichi Matsuda :-)

  • You don't need glasses you make the your eyes make the images overlap

P.s. It didn't hurt my eyes so I don't know what your talking about

  • Nice~

  • Cool but I don't get it.

  • You stink y wood any one want this crap

  • Cool vid but a little hard to stay in focus

  • Whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy so many people are interested in an ageless relationship. young girls want to have fun with 40+ man and young guys want to have fun with 40+ women. There is a site focusing on this kind of relationships such as s.u ga.r.cu'pi.d.com

  • I was thinking, "Wow, when our society gets to this point, we are going to be SO advanced. I mean, our brains will be one with computers, cyborgs almost!"

My thoughts then wandered to the screen in front of me, to the computer running the 1,000's of light diodes efficiently creating a meaningful image in my lap. I then began typing this response so others could read it using an interconnected system linked to their household monitors and I realized how impressed i should be, always.

  • This is really not that entertaining

  • Pingas!

  • I don't get it?

  • My eyes hurt now xD

  • I like the iorn man thing more

  • Thumbs up for cross eyed 3d trick

  • Great job...u copied iron man

  • Terrible greenscreen, absolutely awful. You should quit life, right now.

    Did you do it?

  • not all of uss can see 3D even if we have 3D glasses because LCD's don't make the 3d happen. why? .... i don't no. only plasma monitors or the conventional monitors. it's a good feature.

  • That's ooooone chocolate baby...

  • *trolls*

  • @mixablemusic need a warn ? continue spamming .

  • If the world is like this, I need to get an Add blocker for those adds on the ground... Like YouTube...

  • im sad cuz the real3D glasses i "borrowed" don't work for this :(

  • @SuperNYYankees27 I know, I nicked a pair from the cinema after watching a movie thinking it would work, unfortunately, no. :(

  • if you doont have 3d glasses, just cross your eyes :) it works for me

  • Ummmm I dont have crappy 3d glasses i only have reald3d ://

  • Cannot wait until such AR technology really comes into existence.

  • iAugment, So i can finally be a real douche bag in a virtual world!

  • if this is what the future is gonna be like, then I'm not having kids

  • @strokesfan1107: And I’ll be happy you won’t have kids. ^^

  • @Evi1M4chine I'll have you know that I'm not some kind of Luddite. this technology just seems so petty. It's clear there was very little research and development of this crap. Just like Microsoft, Google, and Apple have done, this is just a renaming and repackaging of an already existing service in the name of profitability. This shit, along with smartphones and facebook, reveals nothing about humanity and it's current position. With all this power in our hands, we could be doing so much more.

  • damn i need to get some 3D glasses, cuz this looks sick!

  • this is fucking stupid

  • @187ed187 you dont hve 3d

  • i know the 3d thing is all new cant wait for it to be 1080p

  • @xboxluva22 what do you mean all new?

  • @xboxluva22 it can be in 1080p already, this just wasnt uploaded in 1080p

  • @TeDubbs o thats cool i have never seen a 3d video on youtube.

  • this is crazy :D

  • Imagine how u gonna look for the ppl who are looking at you, and doesn't have AR glasses ... standing there and 'touching' Air ... making weird moves standing in the middle of the restaurant .... ;]

  • wow and people already think their reality isnt a holographic universe.

  • My city is augmented

  • Heres a good method that does NOT hurt your eyes >TURN OFF THE 3D<

  • @JamieLOLIFICATION I've never had my eyes hurt by any 3D I've seen...

  • WOW sick editting

  • Some great ass tracking you made there. :D

  • sick!

  • cool

  • mfw we still ignore the ads

  • It's a great concept, but changing your surroundings and creating virtual walls which limit your vision could result in accidents and injuries that would have been easily avoidable. Just look at the people now who cause incidents by walking and texting at the same time.

  • shit(3d) hurts my eyes and augmented reality is a dumb idea which is fundamentally flawed

  • lOL

  • Nice, 3d effect looks good on Evo3D

  • This is the coolest thing in the world.

  • Thats the world i've been dreaming of since i was borned! i want it NOW!!

  • Thumbs up if you like this relaxed eye method better than the cross eye method.

Just relax ur eyes, making somthing close to you look double. You want the video to be a small frame size, about the size of a PSP screen (2 X 4 inches) or just use a PSP.You need to be close to the image (7-14 inches from the image). A piece of cardboard or paper in between the 2 images can help train ur eyes.

use side by side with the right camera on the right channel and the left camera on the left channel

  • very effective with the cross eyes technic

  • mine isn't showing in spit screen how do i get it

  • They gotta make this NOW. Like Peter Griffin used to say... WHY ARENT THEY FUNDING THIS?

  • This looks absolutely horrifying. What happens when people decide that they can't live without computers everywhere.

  • @GoldenGashBell Your primitive mind is absolutely horrifying. We *can't* live without computers everywhere. We've already "decided" that, except we don't really have a choice. Living in the modern world requires a complex infrastructure of computers beyond your comprehension (or mine). Why are you afraid of greater efficiency? AR, combined with ubiquitous computing and the advancing internet, will bring us even closer than we already are to the sum total of human knowledge, and it's coming soon.

  • @Aphradonis Absolutely untrue. I expect an Amish uprising in the near future. You just wait, my friend. You just wait...

  • @Aphradonis but in the wrong hands it could be used to control our minds and destroy the planet...or worse

  • I wouldn't be messing around with all these AR elements while standing next to a train track.

  • I reallly want this NOW! :P

  • yeah your iphone interface aint gonna hold up for to long....like the wifi hotspot

  • I dont get it do you see this all from your brain without any external devices? Why cant you just use your brain to change setting or whatever why do you have to physically move your body?

  • @lcbreezyl

    Contact lenses

  • gonna be hard to run from the police with those dots on the ground

  • doesnt work with alcohol :(

  • I simply adore these augmented reality videos!! Great work!

  • this video is a really good demonstration of what will be possible in the future

  • Really well done. The illusion of an office or private room really worked! I'm surprised that the restaurant allowed the man to sleep at an open table like that. I found myself quite annoyed with the "AR litter" all over the streets. Would developers really want to have client's ads so casually strewn about like that? I forget which sci fi story I read this in, but it reminds me of stray bits of data so casually discarded that a back office industry developed that harvested stray data.

  • well done man

  • Its all fun and games until you take the 3d glasses off. Oh.. hi digg. ;-)
