Was he senile? I think he accidentally read from a senate floor speech on why we should go to war. That's clearly not what we wanted to hear on commencement day. Thank god we made the right choice and replaced him with Senator Obama the next year.

What a coincedence that the two presidential candidates in 2008 spoke in consecutive years at the same University's commencement speech.
