AAH... the days of trying to follow someone with that white spotlight and guess when a solo might cause a jump to the right or left. Classic. This used to be considered high quality. VHS and a crappy soundboard. I miss the days of Slayer, Sepultura, Overkill, Morbid Angel, Testament, etc. And the simplicity of the equipment. But I am glad I'll never have to climb a lighting truss again. Yes, I'm old. And I hate the new Metallica. I did catering, but you never knew where you'd fill in.

@carlman99 That was an awful album and yes, Bob Rock kills good music. Metallica just seemed to fade away into radio once Bob Rock came along. Now if there were a Dick Metal, things may have been better.

there are two very different Metallicas (as far as the CD's go anyway). The original Metallica that really didnt give a fuck what people thought died in a bus crash in Sweden. The surviving three members formed a very different band and sadly continued to call it Metallica. Don't get me wrong I like a lot of the stuff they did since Cliff died, but it just doesnt stand up to the first 3 albums does it.

It wasn't shot by the band and it wasn't a fan made bootleg. It was shot by a German TV station. Cliff em all was made from fan made bootlegs and TV station proshots.
