I cried so hard in this movie. I always used to scoff at people that couldn't get over one person that they used to love, because there's 6 billion other guys/girls in the world to choose from. This movie changed what I thought of all that. Jess had almost no friends, but he was lucky enough to meet this beautiful girl that he didn't ask for. I mean, WHAT ARE THE CHANCES of meeting another girl like her. No matter how long he looked, there probably wouldn't be another girl as special as her.

bridge to terabithia is my fav movie. i do like action movies like die hard, terminator series however i believe when u classify ur fav movie, that movie must have a great impact on you long after u watched it. most action films do nt reali do dat bt some do eg( SPR, pearl harbor) . aft i watch bridge to terabithia, i started to treasure the tings i love in life. it also has a great impact on me. Beautiful movie. i can nv get bored of dis movie. i cried watching it. I LOVE U LESLIE!!!!

Near the end of the film, when the boy visited Leslie's house, Leslie's father told him that she loved him. Whether the love mentioned was love-love or friend-love, i don't know.

I would have to say yes to your question. Jess was very distant from anyone. Even when Leslie came around he didn't want to even trust her. But when she left he hated when Hoger said "Now who is the fastet runner?" Which was an insult towards Leslie. And Jess hated that. So to answer your question he did love her. And he would never forget what she had taught him! Hope that helps!

I'm so weird. I watched this movie and completely fell in love with it so I got the same shoes as Leslie and wore it ALL THE TIME had and cut my hair. It was a good idea because my "Leslie" haircut lead me to get an even better haircut. Then in gym we had the ropes for practixing on climbing and when they teacher wasn't looking, I swung across the mat with my best friend. This movie really inspires me.
