Apparently not as handy in teh U.S. as it is here. Try A1 sauce next time. Yeah, sure is a tasty one. I have had again since the vid. yum! cheers! KtC

Most things are with practise. Most of this is in a pan so it's just putting it all together and letting it simmer a bit. Use package potatoes in a pinch, just season. Thank you! Have a great day! KtC

Thank you. I used a lager. A dark beer may be better but the lighter one was fine. I use what I have in my hand at the time :)

Oh wow! *Drooling over keyboard* This looks so good! HP Sauce! So many people have been telling me about this sauce and I can't find it anywhere in the local stores. I think I need to go to a bigger store chain to find it. Hmmmm... Great video KtC! Hugs to you!

Found in the U.K. and Canada. I am certain it is available in the U.S.

A brown sauce condiment. If you cannot find, try A1 Steak Sauce instead. (almost as good :) ) Perhaps a specialty import store? I get all my stuff 'from all over the world' at these places. You could also use Worcestershire (another U.K. condiment). It is available in the U.S. (mix it with ketchup 1 part each).
