  • Sorry scott but your jeans ina nother castle

  • First few times i played this game i thought the cyclops theme was Stratovarius - Speed of Light (instrumental).

  • $ I ALWAYS LOVED THIS ONE $

  • Wasn't there an arranged version of this song on the japanese commercial?

  • OPTIC BLAST IN FRONT, JUMPING, CROUCH. I LOVE THIS!

  • Very cool...but it would be better in metal..

  • *insert puching sounds here*

  • This song is everything tall of epic....

  • I don't understand why videogames can't have catchy music like this these days. it's all bullshit. the music in today's Capcom games are pretty lacking compared to this.

  • @Jegudiel29ZX

It makes you wonder, doesn't it? Capcom isn't living anymore...well, maybe living dead.

  • @tonymariewiseman Yeah. The remixes in Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 sound bland as shit for trying to be on Street Fighter 4 music standards.

  • Aww shit DBZ+X-men 90's=BADASSNESS!!!!!!!!!

  • For a better fucking tomorrow

  • Seriously if Cy ever makes to a crossover game again they should remix this theme

  • Okay, that's blatantly Storm Eagle's theme!

  • its so sad that vgm music now a days isnt as good as it use to be

  • BOOOOWWWWAHHHHHH (optic blast)

  • Cyclops. A great leader, in the old days of the X-Men, especially in the 90's, when this brillian song was out. Now, he's just...there. A crying shame. I used to love the X-Men. Cyclops is one of my favorites. Thanks for posting this song.

  • @waynetech10

Amen to that bro! Cyclops used to be so badass in the 90s, even rivalring Wolvering head to head.

Man, 1990s X-Men will forever be the best X-Men

  • Sounds like something you'd hear on an advertisement for Solo.

  • The Cover is Epic, The Theme is Epic

Everything on this video is awesome, best 3min i have spent on youtu

  • CONSOLE FAILURE RATE PlayStation 3 - 10.6 percent Wii - 6.8 percent Xbox 360 - 54.2 percent SECOND CONSOLE FAILURE RATE PlayStation 3 - 14.7 percent Wii - 11 percent Xbox 360 - 41.2 percent GAMERS WITH FRIENDS WHO HAVE HAD A CONSOLE FAILURE PlayStation 3 - 12.4 percent Wii - 6 percent Xbox 360 - 69.9 percent "VERY HELPUL" CUSTOMER SUPPORT RATING Sony - 51.1 percent Nintendo - 56.1 percent Microsoft - 37.7 percent Awesomeness rating SNES - 100%. XD
  • @ChessPieceRook looks like I'm one of the few whose PS3 hasn't broken down yet. And I have the really big 80GB one. Had it for few years now

  • @DarkSaber22

my family has had outs for a year or so now, and i'm pretty sure it's an 80gb.

  • genesis would have exploded if they tried to put this game on it

  • @ninjachipzanuff or Zelda 3, a complete version of Sunset Riders, Final Fight 3, Earth Worm Jim with complete effects, or any other large game that even without a special chip SNES could run -Games like DKC series would be in that shelf.

Genesis needed extra hardware to completely beat SNES, which lasted that long in the 16 bit market without any other investment for the consumer than cartridges.

  • Yuki Iwai music... Yeah!

  • @MsMaravilla2009 Setsuo Yamamoto. Yuki Iwai had nothing to do with this one from what i know. Unless she's hiding deep inside the game, but i doubt it as whenever you look at yuki iwai music in SPC player you can see she always leaves a channel or two out, none of the music from this game does, so yeah, she has nothing to do with this game.

  • where did u get the soundtrack

  • if they add him to MvC 3 this best be his theme

  • Storm Eagle snap

  • The composer of this game was Setsuo Yamamoto,of whom was involved in the Mega Man X OST, so there is a reason as to why it sound similar. But i swear to god Takayuki Iwai had something to do with this game's OST as well by comparing the boss theme and Volcano Fury's theme fdrom X2.

  • @CosmoBuggi: In my opinion, this track reminds me of Storm Eagle's stage BGM from the original Mega Man X.

  • @Loader2K1 Yeah, i agree, they are pretty dang similar, but there's still this little tweak to it that makes it its own unique track.

It also sounds a little like Adon's theme from SFA/SFA2(setsuo was also involved on that OST) at times when i compare the two.

  • goood! great memories from this game!!!

  • The true Cyclops theme ^^

  • this theme has tht megaman x sound no lie...i had this game when i was in kindergarten of 1994...im 19 yrs old now and games back then were awesome...thas why i got this on my psp..lol

  • I didn't like cyclops until i played this game. The theme song alone is so awesome how could you not love it D:

  • it must be aggravating to make music for a game and not make it sound like another.

  • OPTIC BLAST!

  • these tunes sound like it would be megaman theme songs if I didn't know any better; quite catchy.

  • i'd like these theme be a megaman X theme

  • @piann00b it might have something to do with the same company making the game

  • I really wished Capcom would of updated/remixed this and Wolverine's theme for the VS series. These tunes are just so amazing

  • classic

  • sick game

  • Not exactly... Though the cords are similar they're completely two different tracks. Though considering that both games are from the 90s, and if you were to have both tracks playing in your head, I can see how you'd get them mixed up.

  • Capcom always had such awesome music in their games. What happened to the video game industry?

  • capcom knew what it took to develop a characters persona. from here all through out the x-men vs street fighter an on they captured the essense of each character through these amazing themes.

  • @Tank207 Microsoft got in, that's what happened.

  • @albertoalejandro0424

    Exactly

Look at their best game for the holiday season: Call of Duty: Black Ops and some Halo game

  • @Ghostlywolf

Perhaps more damning, 41.2 percent of 360 owners had a second hardware malfunction--meaning that potentially 12.36 million people have had their consoles fail again. Some 36.4 percent of 360 owners reported having to buy a second console, versus 13.4 percent of PlayStation 3 owners and 8.4 percent of Wii owners. Also, Game Informer found that 69.9 percent of respondents said they had at least one friend who had an Xbox 360 cease working.

  • @Ghostlywolf

By comparison, 10.6 percent of PlayStation 3 owners reported a failure, with 14.7 percent reporting a second hardware problem. The Wii was the most reliable, with a 6.8 percent failure rate and an 11 percent secondary failure rate.

  • @Ghostlywolf

Game Informer also asked respondents about their experiences with the three platform-holders' customer service departments. Again, Nintendo came out on top, with 56.1 percent of respondents saying they were "very satisfied" with their experiences. Sony was close behind with a 51.1 percent satisfaction rate, followed by Microsoft with a 37.7 percent satisfaction rate.

  • @Ghostlywolf

In otherwords, microsoft doesn't need to go to places they don't belong, such as the GAMING MARKET.

  • @ChessPieceRook You're thinking of Apple. And don't extoll the virtues of something you like by making an ass of yourself, we get enough of that here. Also, off-topic.

  • @SkewYT

no...both apple and windows suck.....the only thing good about windows, is windows xp, and 7.

  • @Tank207 The industry has gotten too lazy and cocky. They dont put enough effort into it as they use to

  • @SolidEve MvC3. Great Capcom music done in their traditional progressive instrumental style. Lazy? Fuck no.

  • @PrimalLight2323 wtf are you talking about, mvc3 it self is lazy, the online sucks, they robbed us of characters, and all the music isnt even that great. Btw if you have a ps3 I will kick your ass in it :)

  • @SolidEve Typical ignorant keyboard warrior comment... yawn. Come back when you actually know a damn thing about music, kid.

  • @PrimalLight2323 I know more about vgm and music in general than you, like I said before, the industry has gotten lazy, so you can either stfu and let me state my opinion or you can hop on mvc3 and get yo ass whooped.

  • @Tank207 Had? They still do... Dead Rising, Marvel VS Capcom 3, Okami, Monster Hunter, Devil May Cry, Resident Evil, Street Fighter IV, Darkstalkers, Ultimate Ghosts 'N Goblins... That's not all great music? Really?

  • @Tank207 It grew up and lost its essence.

  • Nice! This definitely has a Megaman X SNES feel to it, probably because it was made by Capcom.

  • it really does. I had both and I always thought that this kinda sounded like storm eagles stage.

  • @Zenotron Yeah, it was composed by the same guy(s) as X1's music

  • @Zenotron Also because Setsuo Yamamoto was involved in both OSTs.

  • @Zenotron I sometimes play the wolverine or this theme in my head and try to figure out which megaman x stage it belongs to. Then i'm like oh, right...

  • Storm Eagle!

  • Haha, nice! Hearing the original after doing my cover of the same song is quite trippy! Almost feels like I'm playing the song myself! Check out my cover.

  • that cover you did is pretty good

  • It's amazing man, good job

  • @ChristopherRodrigues to light and airy, not enough contrast in between the notes, this is not against your playing, find better sound for it

  • muy buenas rolas, intentare sacarla en guitarra

  • los juegos de capcom siempre tienen las mejores canciones

  • Estoy de acuerdo contigo lagartakateka!!
