How do you make it that design under neath the cookie cutter line?

What you do is you can take any picture, video, or "media generator" on Sony Vegas 8, and you know how you can have multiple tracks? Well you make sure you put the picture/vid/media generator in the track ABOVE the videos that you want the pattern/vid behind. then you add whichever cookie cutter style you want to the pattern/pic/vid and you're set.

yes. I already stated it, but I haven't been in the mood to finish it yet. I sorta write which ever story I'm in the mood to write which is my problem with posting. Not to mention I have such a low patience that I post 15 thousand diff trailers every month and never get to half of them. Lol.
