Greta year for college football though. tOSU had two losses (not a good year by our standards) to Texas and Penn State. Texas wins a natl championship (maybe the best game i've ever seen) and Penn State beats Florida State (Paterno vs. Bowden) in overtime. And tOSU beats ND in the Fiesta Bowl... the only bowl game i've attended in person.

Never realized he was so closed to landing out of bounds, he might of been. Just another break best Texas team in 40 years needed to barely beat Ohio St. team that was shuffling QB's. That was 1st game Troy Smith played in in 10 months-he was rusty, a reason coaches didn't throw deep enough against very weak Texas secondary. If Buckeyes don't drop wide open TD pass or turn 1 of 5 FG's into a TD they beat Texas. Mighty V. Young had 3 turnovers in this game. Ohio St. much better team later in 05!

Their godly receivers? Peyton, yes. Brady? No. Last year was the first time Brady has ever had good receivers. His #1 receiver from 2 years ago (caldwell) is now the Redskins #4 or something. Or at least he was last season. Think before you speak.

Well, we're going off topic here but I'll say this. In previous years, Brady was a good QB. However, in 2007, he was great. Why? Because of Randy Moss and Wes Welker. Before he had those 2 he made less that half the TDs he had in 07' and was 5% less accurate. This is similar to Young, who has no one to throw to and therefore is not as good as he could be.

I don't think Brady has ever had a 9 TD, 17 INT season. In my opinion, Vince Young is the most overrated QB in the NFL. It's the defense that wins Titans games, not Young.

Although Brady had something no other qb had. That was a heads up on the defense because he knew all their signals becuase he cheated. That infomation is even more valuable to a qb then Moss and Welker.

If he doesn't continue to play like he did last year he will simply be a one hit wonder if you take out the time they have been cheated. Also take into consideration that 6 tds came from directly running up the score and a few other came at a point in a game that teams would start toi run to prevent running up the score. Still through all that I would still say he was a dang good 1 hit wonder, but 1 good year doesn't cut it for being a one of the best ever.

Isn't it pretty much common knowledge that all teams do the same thing the patriots were caught doing in different forms? They're just not caught. Well at least get some receivers who wont drop the ball. They dont need to be the fastest or biggest just be a dependable guy who isnt going to drop the ball when they are wide open. Plus brady's o-line is disgustingly good and manning has always had harrison there who is definent hall o'famer.Not to mention some pretty good backs for manning also.

Brady didnt really have a great recieving core before this year. I mean it was ok but not terrible, brady could run the titans passing game way better then young as long as he got the blocking.
