  • Can someone tell me what the costumes in the beginning are called? We have a very similar tradition in Slovenia (called "kurenti"), and I'd be interested to see where the similarities come from.

  • @dynaSXE Sorry for the delay, maybe no one could explain it to you in english. They are called "Sidros" and it's typical in the asturian carnival, specially in the town of Siero and the council of Bimenes. They are also calles in other parts of Asturies as "Guirrios". I hope that I had solved your doubt, keep discovering Asturies and its tradition!!!
