Well , the song is rush & dash originally by Mizuki Nana but in this video i don't think it is her.

If i am not wrong ,what they are doing should be known as "call". A way of supporting your idol when they are singing, some songs did have their own special calls......

Although i have heard this song in Nana's concert before, but i think the way they are calling is a bit strange so i don't dare to confirm whether it is call or not.
