As for the traffic ticket, police have a tendency to fight back, and they're often frustrated by having to chase cars down. I think it was Chris Rock that made a guide on how not to get your ass beat by the police, and everyone, regardless of skin color, would do good to abide by those rules.

They just had a tape that came out and showed the officer pull the guy from the car and beat him for no reason then more officers come and they beat him For nothing. Now you need to know that NO CHRAGES where filed by the officers matter of fact they let the guy they beat GO because they did not have any reason to pull him over because he did not commit a crime.
