I'm almost positive this is fake. He never shows the bottom screen. I've heard you can play videos on the DS. It's probably some sort of video playing hack. The DS couldn't show a resolution that high. From what I can tell the mouse movements seem fluid like a mouse, not tapping with a touch screen or diagonal button controlled. And I doubt a DS has the power.
