I chose this 'cause I love Firefly.

Therefore, I disagree with you: on youtube there are many cool (except mine, obviously) fan videos about Firefly, and definitely they are not disrespecting Whedon's masterpiece.

He's the Nutcracker Suite guy, ffs. He's a GENIUS and his music is internationally famous and recognized the whole world over!

I know that as a classical musician the music I appreciate is not popular and most find it boring, but... Tchaikovsky's work has been used almost as much as Pachelbel's.

Anyway, ranged weapons wouldn't allow them to torture their victim, so that is probably the reason you are missing.
