@PaoloPiantino I play on a new laptop with a classic setting. I did not govern. You have the same version of the game and the same settings? Note that I have almost everything to a minimum.

@carl114CZ yes thats it, I play GTA IV version 1.0.7.0 on Low Settings and I can only play with 12-23 FPS... All drivers were update...

@PaoloPiantino I think I wrote you a message. Set your laptop to 1024x600 resolution :). Changing the resolution makes a lot.
