also its refering to how a computer as complex as a human brain would be better because it operates at 3Ghz not 200Hz because brains dont come with a wall-socket charger
thus logicaly this brain could design a brain more efficient than itself that a human brain wouldn't even be able to comprehend, let alone build
How could a creation be smarter than the creator? I do not understand the logic behind that guy's life goals.
