Although you bring up a decent point. I hated the Blood and gore perk in Fallout 3. One shotgun blast shouldn't dismantle your enemy in every way possible.

No, Blockland does not have any blood.
You see, the reason why Blood and gore was in this video was because a user made a mod that made it so you can have Blood in blockland.
The game itself does not have blood, if you want blood you have to download the mod.
