were is the judge being arrested? all i see is some blokes shouting and being dealt with no trouble at all by the police while shouting "arrest that man"
Im new in understanding the rules played out in court under common, can someone please tell me at 1.00 what was the statement that man said word for word b4 they tried to arrest the judge???
I know that the sound aint that clear but would be V grateful....
@looneybinbri - Yep, it's completely beyond argument. -- An obvious attempt to stir up emotions to anger and reckless action, and to their credit it never worked. -- What the police got was righteous anger and determined resistance.
This is the one clear view that they tried so hard to stop us getting, they can't get rid of it, it's everywhere now...
@kernzyp - In an attempt to halt the 'judges' escape to his chambers, it's a shame really that they over extended themselves a little, securing the court properly was key and unfortunately that could have went better. The UK column article on the event, by John Hurst, is very good. I only touched lightly on it in my blog, I wasn't there (much to my pity) ...
@28318511 aha!! thank you!! he went to block the door !! at last!! i thought the copper he assaulted was there or something. it was an extreme move i suppose, enough to make the coppers want to cuff him. big moment...

He did not assault the police woman, he walked right past her...

One more thing why dont most judges have thier written office of oath to hand... is it because they never get questioned on thier authority??
Thanks
