He probably has the the syndrome where his body doesnt produce Myostatin, which inhibits muscle growth in children. Hes been stronger than normal from birth if that is the case. Not his fault.
So did his parents really gave to this kid steroids? Or does this kid have some kind of rare syndrome? Personally I would go with the steroids theory, but to squat 45 min without rest...even if you take steroids...his heart would just explode it doesn't matter how many steroids he takes.
