Hatchet 2 is Fucking Awesome!!! It's everything a Great American Slasher should be...it was better than the first & easily one of my favorite horror movies of the year.

AVOID THIS PIECE OF SHIT AT ALL COSTS. it's not 'retro' or 'fun' it's just dogshit. I loved the original Hatchet - more so for it's potential than the end-result. Sadly, this movie obliterated all benefit of doubt - adam green is a H-A-C-K. Special FX are terrible in this movie whereas they were great in the first. Acting is even more atrocious (danielle harris is not a lead actress) in this film - at least Joel Moore was semi-believable in the first. Hatchet 2 just sucks.
